Warranty Information (for Asia Pacific Region)

All IDX products are covered by the standard warranty terms as set out below, which covers all products purchased since January 1st 2013.

BMS ENDURA Li-ion Batteries

ENDURA ELITE, E-HL9, IPL-98, IPL-150

2 Year Manufacturers Warranty:   IDX warrants the above mentioned batteries to befree from defect in workmanship and material for the period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.  This does not include the date of any subsequent replacement.

2 Year Capacity Warranty: IDX warrants that the above mentioned batteries will retain a minimum of 70%   (E-HL9 minimum of 80%) nominal capacity for 2 years from the date of original purchase, and within 300 charge cycles from the date of first charge.  This does not include the date of any subsequent replacement.

There are specific conditions regarding the use of BMS ENDURA Li-ion Batteries which could invalidate the Capacity Warranty.  They are as follows:

• The batteries must not have been continuously operated or stored for more than 5 hours at a temperature over 40°C
• The batteries must never have been operated or stored at a temperature over 60°C
• The batteries must never have been discharged to or below 9.8V
• The number of over discharge counts must be 10% or less of total cycle counts
• IDX batteries should only be used together with IDX chargers

The data above is determined by using the IDX Battery Management System.

2 Year Manufacturers Warranty:   IDX warrants the above mentioned batteries to be free from defect in workmanship and material for the period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.  This does not include the date of any subsequent replacement.

1 Year Capacity Warranty:   IDX warrants that the above mentioned batteries will retain  a minimum of 70% nominal capacity for 1 year from the date of original  purchase. This does not include the date  of any subsequent replacement.

Wireless HD-Video Transmission System

CW-F25, CW-7, CW-3, CW-1

2 Year Manufacturers Warranty: IDX warrants the above mentioned product to be free from defect in workmanship and material for the period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.  This does not include the date of any subsequent replacement.

IDX Chargers & Power Supplies

VL-PVC1,VL-2X, VL-2000S, VL-2PLUS, VL-2SPLUS, VL-4S, VL-4Se, VL-4Si, VL-4X, VAL-4Si, VL-DT1, AC-100

3 Year Manufacturers Warranty: IDX warrants the above mentioned products to be free from defect in workmanship and material for the period of 3 years from the date of original purchase.  This does not include the date of any subsequent replacement.

LC-2J, LC-2A, JL-2PLUS, IA-60a, IA-70a, IA-200a, IA-300a, EB-424L, LC-XT1

2 Year Manufacturers Warranty: IDX warrants the above mentioned products to be free from defect in workmanship and material for the period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.  This does not include the date of any subsequent replacement.

IDX LED Lights, Stabilisation System & Accessories

X10-Lite, IDX Accessory Products

2 Year Manufacturers Warranty: IDX warrants the above mentioned products to be free from defect in workmanship and material for the period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.  This does not include the date of any subsequent replacement..

For the IDX Warranty to be valid, users must carefully follow the product operating instructions as per the supplied Instruction Manual.  Any damage caused by customers through neglect or incorrect operation may result in the warranty being void

RETURN OF GOODS:

Before any products come back to us for repair, including those covered or not covered under warranty, please call our sales office on +44-1753-547692 to apply for a Return Number (RN number). When the goods are received at our premises, IDX will endeavor to inspect the equipment, diagnose or repair any subsequent fault, or arrange any warranty replacement units in a timely manner.
