End User Program

Most of our products are available for this loaner program. Once ready, please specify the product of your choice in which you would like to demo. Please understand that there are limited kits available. If your kit of choice is not available, we can schedule you in the queue and let you know when you should expect to receive the equipment. If your 1st choice is not available and you are interested in other kits, please select another choice.

By submitting this form, you agree to and understand the terms and conditions of the ‘End-user Demo Program’. This program is only available to end-users within the fifty United States and Canada. Applications from dealers will not be accepted. Not every item is available as an ‘End-user Demo Program’ evaluation equipment. IDX System Technology, Inc. (“IDX”) does not guarantee availability of the kits requested by the participants as this program is a first come first serve basis. For security purposes, participants will provide a valid credit card number. If the equipment provided to the participant becomes damaged after evaluation or is not returned, the participant authorizes IDX to charge the participants credit card in the amount of the total market value, determined by IDX, of the evaluation equipment. Evaluation equipment must be returned to IDX System Technology, Inc. 2377 Crenshaw Blvd., Suite 160, Torrance, CA 90501, within one week (seven days) after the evaluation period has ended. Shipping To/From are the responsibility of the customer. IDX reserves the right to amend the rules after the program origination or cancel this program without prior notice. All submitted information becomes property of IDX.
